Unfortunately, the room cleanings had some oversights. while they provided fresh towels daily, the trash was not emptied. It would have been better if housekeeping were more thorough.

the ramada was a great place to stay! we got a fantastic upgrade and the city view was amazing. elroy at the reception was super helpful with tips for exploring. also, there's an indoor pool which was perfect for a relaxed evening after a long day. plus, being so close to two shopping malls was a real bonus.
